Housekeeping Manager
Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required. Knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning techniques, and equipment.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office and housekeeping management software.
Housekeeping Supervisor
Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a supervisory role.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written); additional language is an advantage.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and health and safety standards.
Ability to handle guest's or client's concerns professionally.
Housekeeping Attendant
Minimum of one year of experience in housekeeping (preferred but not mandatory).
Basic communication skills in English.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
Friendly and courteous attitude towards guests and team members.
