✔ Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required. Knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.

✔ Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisorial role.

✔ Knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning techniques, and equipment.

✔ Familiarity with health and safety regulations.

✔ Proficiency in MS Office and housekeeping management software (if applicable).

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all housekeeping operations at the assigned hotel to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and a high standard of hygiene. The role involves supervising housekeeping staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and delivering exceptional service to the hotel’s guests. Additionally, the Housekeeping Manager is expected to maintain a strong and professional relationship with the management of the hotel (Client) to which they are assigned, ensuring alignment with the client’s expectations and standards.

✔ Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a supervisory role.

✔ Proficiency in English (spoken and written); additional language is an advantage.

✔ Strong leadership and organizational skills.

✔ Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and health and safety standards.

✔ Ability to handle guest’s or client’s concerns professionally.

The role involves supervising housekeeping staff, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met, and assisting the Housekeeping Manager in maintaining client satisfaction. The Supervisor also ensures compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and operational goals.
